Shipping:
All products sold on WingWarrior.com are shipped FOB via UPS ground.
Items 1 pound and under are shipped best method. Custom cuts are shipped within 5 to 10 days from order.
International orders are shipped the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month via USPS.com Global EMS. Actual shipping rates will apply to all International orders. Only PayPal will be accepted for International orders. email for shipping quote.
Returns:
WingWarrior guarantees all kits free from defects in both workmanship and materials at the date of purchase. Only unassembled kits may be returned. Kits ordered from dealer should be handled by the dealer, kits ordered on WingWarrior.com will need a RMA# contact: wingmaster@wingwarrior.com
This return policy does not cover: incorrect builds, kit bashing, improper use, bad setups, crash damage, shipping damage, incorrect installation and/or build. No return after 30days, no returns without reciept, 15% restocking fee on misordered items
WingWarrior will not and cannot be responsible for personal or property damage caused by misuse of this product. Never fly out of control or where people/or property may be hurt/damaged.
Warranty:
Items not manufactured by WingWarrior are warranted through the manufacturer, contact the manufacturer for repairs and warranty info.
